Internet access hold

Is there a limited number of times per year that I can put my internet on hold

I come and go several times a year and would like to keep my internet based security cameras and thermostat online. I am referring to the seasonal internet access hold

Thanks

Great question, @user_bni28n! According to our eligibility policy for the Seasonal Convenience Plan, customers are eligible if they:

- Have been a customer for at least 30 days

- Have a current account/balance

- Haven't enrolled in the Seasonal Convenience Plan twice within 12 months (more than once if residing in the Northeast division)

- Will be away from their service for 60 - 270 days

- Have a bill-to address to provide or be enrolled in paperless billing

- Are aware all services are put into seasonal hold

- Aren't on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

Note: customers who only have Limited Basic, Choice TV, or Instant TV cannot enroll in the Seasonal Convenience Plan.

There are a few division-specific notes, but I believe this answers your question. Please let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions! Our Digital Care Team is here to help however we can :)
