International calling

I am in Costa Rica. Unable to make phone calls either domestic or international. I called for help last night and was told a ticket was created. And I would have access to phone calling within two hours. I’m still unable to make phone calls today. I need to work my business and need access to telephone. Can you help me?

When you have a moment please send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page
