Intermittent servicce

I am experiencing intermittent service with both my tv and internet. We had a tech out a few weeks ago who said we were getting a poor signal at the tap. He said he would put in for a replacement of the tap, but nothing has happened and our service has deteriorated since then. I sent him a text but have heard nothing back from him. We are getting "not connected to the internet" messages and our DVR does not show all the programs that we have recorded. I am afraid that until the issue with the tap is resolved that we will not get decent service. Please help.

This service sucks. I called yesterday and didn’t get a call back.
