Intermittent internet issues, chat bot it uselses
Internet is "working", so troubleshooting doesn't help. But, I am having persistent packet loss while online gaming, and frequent pauses when streaming video. The targets are fine, I can switch to my mobile hotspot and all of the issues go away, but, of course, speed is affected. I keep running into a dead end with the chat bot and it won't forward me to an agent.
Please help. I also read about the direct message option is similar posts, but that isn't working either. The page never finishes loading.
