Intentionally Confusing

Why does Xfinity make it impossible to compare product packages? The "change plan" feature that offers the option to compare tv packages doesn't work. Instead, it puts you in a loop that never gives you a chance to see what you get. It's been this way for years. They make it impossible to know what you're paying for. When I call for support, they want to give me a discount on what I have, but I don't watch half of what I have. I want to make sure I'm not paying for stuff I don't need. I ask for a way to compare packages and they just send me a list of channels in my area. I think it's intentional. They run you in circles until you give up. I'm going to leave Xfinity if I don't get true support.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_w4513, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are encountering issues viewing the different TV plans. When you go to the TV and streaming on the Xfinity site, and click on the channel lineup. Does it ask for your address so that it can pull up the different packages?

Doesn't matter since that page doesn't work.  I went to that page, put in my address, it made me sign in again, then looped me around through the all the menus to get me back to the address page to show me my address and nothing else.  The only thing on that page is a button to change the address or to "Shop All Deals" which takes you back to your account page.  Where is the actual page to view the channel lineup comparisons???

I am having this exact same problem and it is infuriating.  Xfinity cut Cartoon Network so now I want to change plans but there is no way to compare the lineups.  I go online and it takes me to a screen that asks for my address.  I put in my address.  It says there is already service at that address.  Yeah, I know, it's me.  So it makes me sign in again, even though I was already signed in.  Then I have to click back through to go back to the TV packages screen.  Now it has my address on there but nothing else.  Do you want to change the address?  No.  The only clickable thing on that page is "Shop All Deals" which takes me back to the screen with all of my plans.  I click on TV again.  Ok, what's your address.  Commence hair pulling.  Why do they make it this hard???  I'm paying $400 a month for I have no idea what anymore and if Xfinity wants to make it this hard to figure out then I just need to go.
