In-store pick up rather than ship

I just signed up for one of the internet plans, but when it came to the equipment option, I was only able to select ship to home. I was wondering if it was possible to switch it to in store pick up rather than shipping.

Hi there, @user_a4cb13. Thank you for reaching out to us via our forums and creating a post. If the order was placed more than 24 hours ago, the shipment has already been processed. However, you are able to visit before the 24 hours are up to the nearest service center and pick up the equipment and the service center will cancel the shipping order. This would be the fastest way to obtain the equipment. Did you submit the order recently?
