The awesome news is that all installment and payment plan options are available with our Xfinity assistant. If your account is eligible you will see an option for flexible payments and from there you can set up installments. Do you see that option when you sign in to your account?

We would love to help you with an installment plan, but due to increased privacy and security regulations, these can only be set up online. If you go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due, it will walk you through the process to get this set up.
