Installment arrangement help

Set up an installment arrangement on 9/2 and paid $50 to start it. Since then my wifi has NOT worked. I’ve reached out here many times with no actual help. I’ve contacted chat agents, agents on the phone and went into the store. No one has any answered yet I’m without wifi. I keep being told to wait. I’ve waited 4 days. I’ve contacted the FTC and my attorney general. This needs resolved now
