Installer Damage

The siding on my house was damaged in Feb. by an XFINITY installer. There's a hole in my house that's been there going on 3 months! The damage ticket is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have a quote from a local company just under $1000. I've talked to several people that say they're going to take care of it and I never hear back. What and when is this issue going to be addressed. I don't want to have to sue, but I don't see any other alternative. Please get in touch ASAP, [Edited: "Personal Information"]
