Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I need to have a coaxial cable in my 1st floor . My employer asked me to have an enclosed working space to guaranty privacy. The tech came and install it on the living area which is open.

Tech was NOT able to find a connection for the 1st floor .  I texted him today to let him know that my employer is not bulging standards for the required working encironement but tech texted me that  moday he is going on vactions.   Is he the only tech available to come and help ? Can Xifinity can send another person please?
