Installation problems
Yesterday our technician came to install internet and cable and said he couldn’t install because neighbors gate was locked so he couldn’t get to the pole. He said he would come back the next day between 10 and 12. I spoke to Neighbor who doesn’t have any kind of lock on the gate. The technician did not come back today and after talking to someone at Comcast they said they would send someone at 3 o’clock no one came. They then said 4 o’clock to six. No one came now they told me next week I had to take two days off of work to have this installed and have nothing installed. Still I don’t know if I should just stay with AT&T.
