Installation, No Call No Show
Week and a half ago I requested to have an addition 3 security cameras added to my current Home Security through your company. The installation date was made and confirmed for Wednesday, November 25, 2020. After not receiving any notifications the day prior and the morning of, it was disappointing that I had to call your service center to find out it was not ever scheduled. Why? To my disappointment when taking a full day’s pay off to meet with your installer, your service center does not know why there was no appointment scheduled at all in your system for the 3 additional cameras that is confirmed in my account and a service charge for the In-Home Service visit. Please assist in this matter as well as a reason why Xfinity is a company I should stay loyal to, thank you for your time.
