Installation never completed.
I had my internet installed a few months back and have called several times and was told it would be taken care of. Still have wires hanging from the house.
The tech. that came to install the cables showed up an hour past appointment window. So this was 6pm and he did not leave until 9pm. My whole day and night was wasted by waiting on this appointment.
I almost felt bad because the tech. kept saying he was new. He ended up drilling in the baseboard and could not drill deep enough so I still have a hole in the baseboard that I need to repair.
I asked him to drill near the same area AT&T put their cables in, because they did not have any issues. He kept trying to drill anywhere but where I told him I needed the cable to go.
Once he drilled where I agreed to, he over drilled and the screws are not secure. He slapped a face plate over the (loose in the wall cable) and called it a night.
He gave me his personal cell to come back at another time to finish the job.
Big red flag 🚩
I called Xfinity several times and wasted more hours of my life on hold and explaining the damages to my wall and that the cable are still hanging freely and he never put caulking aroumd the drill hole from the outside to keep water and insects from coming into the siding and wall.
So all damages still not taken care of and the cable is still a safety hazard.
Oh but the internet works so there is a plus, but the cable box gets really warm and also could be a fire hazard.
