Thanks for reaching out to us, to clarify Xfinity doesn't do any type of wall fishing so if you need a coax outlet installed that requires wall fishing, then you need to have to hire your own electrician.
But if your home is built like mine with plaster where wall fishing can't be done, our techs can install a coax outlet by running a coax cable from your tap connected to your home directly into the area where you want it installed.
