Installation late arrival
We were scheduled an installation call for Sunday morning between 7:30 and 9:00 on November 29th in Inwood WV. We received message that technician was on his way at about 7:12 and would arrive soon. 2 hours went by before the technician finally showed up about 9:30. We would like our bill credited for this inconvenience as we were guaranteed of our time slot when this appointment was made and it caused disruption in other appointments that day. Thank You.
