Installation fee waived but on order summary
Hello: I see that telephone contact with Comcast is literally impossible!!! I was also told on the online "Help line" that they couldn't access my account?? I have been trying to find out about the installation fee on my service. I was promised by the agent that the installation fee was waived: but I find it on my order summary??? I can't get an anwer to this. Is it really necessary to go to a store to find this information?
