Installation done wrong. Can find NO human to talk to.

I had a new cable/line installed.  When the installers laid if out, it was perfect.  I left them to it and after they said they were done and I thanked them, i looked and they had moved it under a tree  and left not slack to account for burying it.  Burying it will bring it even closer to the tree, and they may not actually be able to bury it there.

I have tried all the phone numbers I can find to report this and have it redone.  I guess no humans actually work for xfinity.  Just some no-so-smart ai things.

I need someONE to talk to.  This could be resolved in minutes with an actual person.  I've spent hours trying to get those few minutes.  Insane.

Supposedly people from xfinity are on here.  Please point me to where I can actually talk to someone.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings, @user_ftl153! Thanks for taking the time to speak with us about the line. I apologize that it has taken some time to do that. Our team is glad to further help. Do you have a temporary orange line on the ground now? The team may still be burying the new line where they had laid it out but moved the orange line so it was not in your way as much as possible in the meantime.
