Installation Crew Damaged the concrete and grass - did not repair

How can I get in touch with the right people to have the property remediated.  My neighbor had Xfinity installed and in the crew running a conduit in front of my home they damaged the concrete sidewalk, curb and did not repair my that was torn out.

If someone can please send me a message about having a repair crew come out to my home to repair I would appreciate it.  I have tried calling and locating any email/messaging and no one can assist.  Thank you
