Installation could not be done.

A technician came by to set up our Xfinity services. However they stated that they would only be able to set up the services if they drilled a hole through the front of our house. When we asked if they could instead set it up under our house they stated that they would not do that. Thus I did not get my services installed and the technician left without giving me any information on what to do now.

 

So my question is what can I do now? Will I get a refund for the initial fee? Do I cancel my plan? What can I do?
