Installation at new construction single family home?

Hi, I'll be closing on a new construction home in the near future. The house itself is essentially complete (minus appliance installation) and the houses nextdoor are complete. I was told that Xfinity would be one of the ISPs available in the community and I'm hoping to find out what the process looks like for scheduling installation as my home address does not show up on Xfinity yet. It looks like others in a similar situation have been successful reaching out on this forum so I decided to do the same.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
