Installation Appointment
Hello,
I just recently moved to a new apartment and transferred my service over. This involved me receiving a new Gateway and an installation appointment being made. The Getting Started kit and Gateway arrived today and I was able to complete the installation process and everything works flawlessly. I am sure I do not need an installation appointment/a visit from a technician, but I am unable to cancel my appointment that was automatically made.
Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out here @user_4pvf8a. I will be happy to take care of any appointment on that account for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
