Install tech lied

It is now after 3pm and I have been home all day waiting for you to come install my internet. My appointment was scheduled from 8-10am. At 9:24am someone called me from [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My phone rang once and they hung up. The called again and it didn’t even ring once. I called the number back several times and it went to voicemail. I then called customer service who told me someone would be here between 12-2pm. Nobody showed up again. I’m now told that the person from this morning said I was not home. I’ve been home all day waiting for someone to come install internet for me so I can get rid of my Verizon internet. Nobody was at my house, nobody knocked on my door. I strongly encourage you to GPS the vehicle who said they were here and you will see that nobody came here. This is ridiculous, I have wasted an entire day and nobody came to my home between 8-10am and nobody came between 12-2pm. It is now 3pm. Please GPS the vehicle who said they were here at my house.
