Install issue
Neighbor got fiber and lazy contractor installed on my side of the lot due to the neighbor having a lot of junk trees and thorn bushes. I would like xfinity to do a relocation drop on the neighbors side. The neighbor agrees but the contractor is too lazy to do it. Xfinity is of zero help to me.

On a Desktop:
Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
Click the Direct Message icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Click the New Conversation icon to start a message.
