Install cable from street to house

Your tech informed us today that we would need to have a cable installed to get Xfinity service so has reported the house as "Not Serviceable".  The house sits, by his measure, 480+ feet from the street. How do I go about getting a quote for install of the required cable?

user_30dfb1 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. I'd be happy to assist you in getting a quote for installation. It's possible there may not be a cost depending on the projects we have in your area. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

user_71wzi0, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I know it can be frustrating when trying to get assistance. We don't ever want you to feel that way. You will always be connected with a live agent when you reach out to us through Xfinity Forums. We strive to keep our conversations in public as much as possible to benefit the entire community. However, if we need to obtain your personal account information, we can take this discussion private. How can I help?
