Hello, thanks for messaging us. You posted in the Xfinity Forums. This is not the same as the insights community you're looking for. That is here https://www.xfinityinsightscommunity.com and if you need support, you can contact support@xfinityinsightscommunity.com or on their support page https://www.xfinityinsightscommunity.com/support. It is a special page that only certain people are invited to, so you need to ensure that log in is secured directly with that page. We can help you here with your Xfinity services in general, such as your internet, or billing questions. Contact that page to continue your request for the upgrade, or contact the Peacock Support team directly. We'll contact you in 48 hours to be sure you are able to log in successfully.
@user_a7bc01 Could you please send our team a direct message. Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
It’s been a long time since this was posted. Did you get a response or a fix. Well it’s almost March and I still cannot login to Insights. Says they will send a temp password but never do. Interesting that a community requesting insights from customers doesn’t all them to get into sight.
@Bsv0122 Thank you so much for letting us know you are not able to access Insights. If you check out the response above from @XfinityBenny you will see where to get the proper support for Insight.
I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation. Was your question answered? Please, mark a reply as the Accepted Answer.
I too would like to voice my opinions & ideas , take surveys and get gifts . Why is it invitation only ? I feel that customers should be able to apply for the access , that way good people like me can be accepted . What are the criteria for determining who can access the site ?
