Inside phone
My stepfather broke the tab off the locking tabs for the cable on the phone line. It seems that there is no way to speak to a human being. The assistant has no idea what is needed which is a tech to come out and fix the problem.

With this, you don't need a technician to go out and replace it. You can purchase a replacement phone at places like Walmart.- Richard
