Inquiry Regarding Unapproved Order Change
I logged into my Xfinity online account and reviewed the “Legal Agreements and Contracts” section. I noticed that there are two order confirmations on file.
The first order confirmation accurately reflects the services I selected online. However, two days later, there is a second, updated service order which I did not authorize or request. I did not make any changes to my service, nor did I receive any email notification regarding this update.
After comparing both orders, I found that the following promotions were removed in the updated service:
*Unlimited Data Included
*Peacock Premium included for 2 years (must activate within 90 days)
Could you please explain why this updated order was generated and added to my account without my knowledge?
