Over social media, we are a dedicated team of experts who are happy to help with modem replacement concerns. Great question.  Once your new gateway is activated, you can return the old one at any UPS Store or Xfinity Store. Which would work best for you? Please feel free to check out this link here for more details on how to return that old modem. Also, let me know if you want help confirming activation before returning it. 👍
