Injury Lawsuit Regarding Sunken Cable Box

3 individuals have been severely  injured due to a below grade sunken cable box. PG&E and AT&T came out to lift there boxes but the main culprit in these cases is the sunken xFinity box. One of the individuals broke their hip, wrist, and ankle and was in a wheelchair for almost a year. I myself have overextended and injured my knee falling in the hole that the sunken box created. And my husband recently twisted his ankle just taking out the trash. If this does not get resolved immediately I will be pursuing an injury lawsuit. I was lucky to not get sued with the first major injury that happened at my house because of the sunken cable box. However, if anyone else gets hurt I have pictures showing that the box belongs to COMCAST, Xfinity and they will be the ones that are held responsible. 

I expect someone to come fix this issue in the next 24 hours or I will contact the City of Walnut Creek to issue a citation. If that does not resolve the situation, we will take legal action. 

There are no emails on file for safety hazards requiring immediate attention. Both PG&E and AT&T responded within the same day to fix their boxes. I expect Comcast to do the same.
