Initial set up

We just took ownership of the home we are setting up internet. Coax cable and power cable are plugged in correctly. During set up we are getting a blinking orange light instead of the white light.

Hello user_e89bhm, I can see how that would be a problem, especially with how connected everything is these days. Let's get this figured out together 😀. Are you able to confirm if your connect order was scheduled to complete for today? Also, what is the status of your modem or gateway power light?
