inground sprinkler damage from xfinity contractor

Hello, last December xfinity had a contractor dig a pit in my yard to gain access to the utility box in my property.  They had a guy waist deep in this thing and I advised the foreman that I have inground sprinklers. He said they would re-lay the grass they peeled back and that they have sprinkler parts on their truck incase something was damaged.  They finished at night and left.  Next morning the grass looked rough but I knew it would grow back and it would be fine.  Fast forward to this week, time to start running my sprinklers.  Turned them on and the zone in the area they worked did not pop up. I noticed a large stream of water coming out of the ground in the area they serviced.  Yesterday I began to remove a little dirt in the area thinking it may be a sprinkler head they covered when they replaced the grass.  I ended up digging a 2ft square of grass out and about 12 inches deep.  There wasn’t a sprinkler there, they damaged the water supply line for my sprinklers.  I could not locate the supply line, just where water was gushing out.  Large enough to fit my arm up to my elbow.  No prior issues with my sprinklers before they dug that pit, and not other service has been completed.  They cut a huge chunk out of one of my shrubs which I can live with, but this needs to be repaired and soon or my lawn will die due to lack of water.  Thank you in advance for your help
