Where can I find the account information from my previous service provider?

I can't use the a16 the screen busted and it won't open up phone works still gets calls and stuff but screen does not come and a everything is saved on there I'm writing from and old phone on wifi so I can't even access the account without password

The password can be reset if you're connected to Wi-Fi. The Transfer PIN is individually created when going through the process and is fully customer initiated. The link here will help with resetting your password, so you can access all your account features.
