information on neighborhood fiber optic cable installation - Aurora, CO

our neighborhood is being updated with fiber optic cable installation, it has taken several weeks and we were told the crew would come back and ensure our yard looked the same as before they did the dig and install, however, we are still seeing a huge orange and they have not come back to tie everything up - not sure who to call about it?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_zmpxp6 With the weather being nice and yardwork turning into a must, I understand the concern if there is a cable laying above ground. Our team can assist you with getting the appropriate ticket opened and will follow up with you until we have confirmed the cable has been buried. To get started, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
