Information about outages
Why is it so terrible? We are in Springfield and many of us have been down for 48 hours now and the best communication we can get is from the app and all it says is that they’re aware of it and working on it with an estimated completion of as soon as possible. Internet is very important for obvious reasons and it would be nice to have some kind of estimate so we can plan for the days ahead.

Our local teams work as fast, and safe as possible to have services restored to the area. Often times, local teams may have to work with other local utilities to have services restored, depending on the severity of the issue. The best place to stay up to date is the Xfinity Service Center, or the Xfinity app.
