Infinity keeps asking me to return equipment the tech took with them

Hello.  A few months ago, a tech came to upgrade/replace my router.  It's working fine, but they took the old router with them.  I do not have it, but I keep getting texts asking me to return the old equipment.  I spoke to someone on the phone who said they fixed it, but they did not and I'm still getting texts.  How do I get Infinity to stop thinking I have old equipment and stop texting me.
