Inexcusable internet issues.

About mid-May to June, my partner and I moved to a new place. We tried setting out internet up, but had no luck. We were later informed that our apartment was tagged as "House Debt and Fraud" due to several previous tennants not paying their bill, which is over $1,300. We were never notified about this. I submitted 3 tickets to get this resolved. With the first ticket,  I submitted the appropriate and requested documents. I was informed that this would be resolved a few days later. After a few days to check up on it, I was informed the ticket closed. I submitted a second ticket. They said it would be a week, then it became two, then 3. After a month, I went to check in on the status and found out someone had closed my tickets and my account without any notification or explanation. I submitted a 3rd ticket and was told I would have internet 5 days later. It has been over a week and I still do not have internet. This is absolutely inexcusable.

I have been having to use my Verizon HotSpot to complete my daily work, which has been increasing my bill significantly.

I have been a customer for a couple years now and this is inexcusable. I have never been treated this way with such disregard and disrespect.

In addition, I believe one of the xfinity employees is a double agent. Each time I submitted the request; in person at the store, on the mobile app, and on the website, scammed have called me and had details that only Xfinity should know. I have raised this concern a couple of times and was told not to worry because they will look into this. Once again, I have had zero contact from anyone at Xfinity.

I am very unhappy with Xfinity. This is not only ridiculous  but absolutely inexcusable. This is how customers are lost. I am deeply unsatisfied with Xfinity. I am owed a written apology and an immediate fix to this. If this is not resolved by 7/21, I will deactivate and delete my account and move to another service who is reliable and tell people to avoid using Xginity's services as this is how they treat their customers.
