Ineligible for Rewards

Hello and thanks for meeting our team on Forums. Xfinity customers can begin requesting early access Open Beta codes on September 20 through the Rewards website, and will be able to play once the early access Beta window opens. The schedule is as follows:

• Early access to the Open Beta on PlayStation 4 and 5 is from October 6–7. 
• Open Beta on PlayStation4 and 5 is from October 8–10.
• Early access to the Open Beta on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Battle.net, and Steam (as well as Open Beta on PlayStation 4 and 5) is from October 12–13. 
• Open Beta on all eligible platforms begins October 14–16 until 1 p.m. ET on the final day.
