increasing cost

I received my bill which went up $50 per month. New subscribers get the same plan for a lower price than my old rate.  Can I contract for the new subscriber rate?

Tried working with someone on alternate plans. The DM method is wasteful.  I've been on a chat for 1.5 hours without any progress. I don't have time.
