Hey there, user_sni6ts, thanks for dropping by our community forums! I'm not much of a fan of increasing bills either, so I apologize that your rate may have increased. You should be able to find what's changed on page 3 of your bill as explained on our support page that covers Understanding your Xfinity bill
That said, our team would also be more than happy to look over the bill with you and see if there's anything available to help lower it moving forward! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
