Increase Upload Speeds
Has anyone in California received an email from Xfinity about increased uploads speeds at no additional cost? I tried chatting with an agent online but they just try to sell me a new plan. They say they know nothing about increase upload speeds at no additional cost.

Hello @user_33bhgt, and thank you for reaching out to us today about out service upgrades. We are currently working on updates to our systems that will allow higher uploads to our customers at no additional cost. The email would have informed you of this happening and I can check the address to see if they have been activated in your area at this time.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
