Increase of Monthly Charges

Just to let you know that I resent having my monthly charges increased when my TV reception continues to pixelate and the sound interrupts.

Hello, @user_zkjnyu thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I'm not happy as well when my billing increases or if I'm having service issues, so completely understand where you're coming from. I can do an account review to see if there is a way to help save some money if possible, please let me know if you'd like to proceed. 

I'd also like to investigate the TV pixelation and sound issues. Is this happening on a X1 set-top box, if so is it on all devices or just one? Have you done troubleshooting for the service issues, or had a technician out?

@XfinityJustinC​ 1.  I'm 83 years old and completely blank when it comes to technology.  2.  What is X1 set-top boxes?  3.  Your reply is just so much "blah, blah, blah"., make it the customer's problem.

@user_zkjnyu sorry for any confusion that wasn't my intention and definitely want to help continue troubleshooting the issue. The X1 set-top box is our equipment, this article shows the X1 equipment: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box

Customers have other options to view TV content such as TIVO and streaming devices (Roku, Fire Stick, Smart TVs), so was trying to determine if your pixelation issues was related to Xfinity TV equipment or if you are using a different device.
