Incorrect Technician home visit charges
I have been submitting tickets regarding incorrect charges on my bill, but the Tech team keeps dismissing them as the technician left some notes as charge able. But the issue was not from our side in the first place. The wires of many apartments were cut from outside due to renovation of the building. So we all had to contact Xfinity to fix the issue. Other people living in the building had the same kind of home visits but never received any extra bill but I did which is very frustrating. I have lost my faith in Xfinity. I want a resolution of the issue or I will no longer continue the service. I am also writing the ticket no for reference.
