Incorrect Outage
Xfinity won't allow me any troubleshooting, assistance, ability to file a complaint, or explanation. There is a notice of outage, but the TV and motem are in working condition. The internet connection to mobile devices cannot connect and due to the notice of outage, I cannot attempt to reset or troubleshoot or get assistance. Their incorrect posting should not impact my ability to use their app services. How do I fix this?
