incorrect number for the callback number
I was using the phone that is linked to my account to contact Xfinity, but when I contacted Xfinity regarding an issue and opted for a call back, the automated system wanted to confirm a call back at a number ending in a last four digits that was not mine.

Hello user_a2ax0s, thank you for joining us in our Xfinity Community forums. I am happy to assist you with this issue regarding the callback number. I will need to get some contact info, which is better kept private. How to Send Us a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
