Incorrect Internet Limit
Hello, I signed up for an unlimited Internet plan back in April. I am renting an Xfinity modem and at the time there was an unlimited mobile plan deal so I got that as well. I just received an email that I'm over my 1.2 terabyte limit? I'm not sure how or why that's happening. I also didn't see a way to contact anyone about this issue. Please let me know what I can do, I do not want to pay extra for going over the data limit on my unlimited data plan.
