Incorrect disconnection .

I had originally scheduled for a technician to come out Sunday to connect my services . At the time Georgia Power could not transfer my lights until Monday . So I rescheduled the appointment for Saturday , and called in to explain hey I work from home please do no disconnect my services until Friday night. Sunday Xfinity had done disconnected my internet , after calling and rescheduling.Thru did not provide me information about the disconnection! I had to have a work from home tech trouble shoot the issue , and was told to contact Xfinity . After troubleshooting with the Xfinity advisor , at first she had trouble but was able to reconnect my services. When checking my activity I was not able to locate any information about them disconnecting my service , and Xfinity did not send any information regarding the disconnection . Now my job is asking for the information, and I’m trying to explain to them it was never sent ! Someone needs to email me the information about my service being disconnected 6 days before I scheduled !

Aespencer12 This isn't the experience we want you or any customer to have, and my team can help. We are unable to email anything from our end, but we can check into possibly escalating this with the proper ticket.

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the  "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An  "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the  "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
