Incorrect cancellation

I received an email that my xfinity cancellation request was received, however, I DID NOT send a cancellation request. How do I figure out why that occurred and that my account is still active?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_hq18ek. If you did not set up a disconnect order there may have been someone setting up service online that put in the wrong address. You can check your Xfinity app or at the Xfinity.com/myaccount site to see if there is an open order to stop service on the account.
