Incorrect Cancellation Email

I received two emails saying that my I sent in a cancellation request and that my services will be cancelled and I never requested for that to happen. I have multiple roommates that work from home and so we need WiFi at our house. The 24/7 isn’t helping and no one was available when I called 1-800-xfinity. I need help.
