INCORRECT BILL OVERDUE

I cancelled my service on October 9th after paying the last bill. Still I got charged for the following month and now the bill is overdue. Talked with Xfinity support team for several times and they told me to just ignore all the bills after October 9th. However, Xfinity texted me today threatening to place my "debt" to collection. Why is it so hard to fix the bill?

I'm terribly sorry that we have not been able to correct this for you yet and that it's creating a possible collection situation.
