Inconsistent Deal Offers

I tried to get the $50 monthly 1gig for 5 year plan.  I am an existing customer and that shouldn't matter.  Because my son in the same city 15 minutes away was paying $84 monthly was able to get the 300mbps deal for $40 monthly for 5 years.  He has had Xfinity for close to 4 years, while I have had the service for 5 years.  We're both existing customers and the deal I wanted ended 9/21/2026 at 11:59pm.  I'm not happy with this inconsistency between customers.  He did tell me he was able to get the deal through the phone Bot.  It is obvious that Xfinity doesn't value its existing customers and is only in it for the numbers.  So, since they are not customer loyal why should any of us be company loyal?????

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

We'd be happy to review your account and explore available options with you.
